Thank you Trumpettes and Trumpsters for an incredible week of working with me in front of the cameras on three fabulous interviews for TV, digital and print.
Unfortunately we are not allowed to give you any insight or information on the shows until they come out but I will tell you we did ABC TV’s Nightline, Comedy Central’s The Daily Show and we were so honored to have the top Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten Denmark interviewer and photographer not only come to Palm Springs to my mini Mar a Lago but they made the grand effort of flying from Washington to Phoenix and driving by car for six hours each way. Now that is dedication.
For Nightline, my enormous thanks go out to my beautiful comedic and business tycoon Rhonda Shear-Fagan who flew in with her husband from St. Petersburg, Florida. Also the great lyricist song writer who co-wrote the theme song to Rocky, Academy award winner Carol Connors, although not a Trumpette, a huge supporter. I must say our closing shot looks like a remake of Charlie’s Angels.
On to the next show for Comedy Central The Daily Show, what dedication from their incredible crew and interviewer who again made a huge effort to interview me, the Trumpettes and Trumpsters by flying in from New York to my home in Bel Air where we did the original Politico interview a couple of weeks ago. My sincere thanks to talk show host Wink Martindale, one of our most avid Trumpsters, and his lovely wife Sandy who is as dedicated to Trump as ever there could be and her incredible talent in designing Trump sunglasses covered in Swarovski crystals, and lastly one more dedicated Trumpette, Jacque Heebner. All the crew was awesome as was my makeup artist Teri Groves. Thank you Rhonda Shear for recommending her.
At midnight following that interview we drove to Palm Springs to be ready early in the morning for the Denmark press newspaper and video who truly went out of their way to be there. In fact all three shows flew their crew from the east coast to make these events happen.
What a songfest we had with our Trumpster Frank di Salvo performing the song he co-wrote Make America Great Again which you can hear on the Trumpettes USA web site. Frank is truly the Frank Sinatra of The Desert. Harmonizing and joining in was the famous radio talk show host Joey English. We were thrilled to have Trumpette Linda Williamson, wife of actor Fred Williamson who, for those that do not know, did the centerfold of Playgirl in 1973!
Thank you to all of you. And to all my Trumpettes and Trumpsters, I know where your hearts and minds are and your determination from everyone. This election is going to make or break us. It is not only Make America Great Again, it is Save and Be Safe in America Again.
Last but not least thanks to my wonderful and devoted husband Bobby for his undying patience as always and back to being a stage door Johnny once again.
