I am an Instructional Systems Specialist and Program Manager at the Department of the Air Force, HQ AETC (ADC), with a focus on educational technology and instructional design. With advanced degrees in Educational Technology and Teaching and Learning, I lead initiatives that enhance Air Force training, including the Developing Learning Competencies (DLC) Training Workshop, where I integrate competency-based learning and innovative assessment strategies such as authentic and stealth assessments. My role involves developing instructional materials and assessment rubrics that modernize Air Force education programs. I have also played a key role in transforming outdated instructor-led courses into advanced, student-centered models, particularly under the UPT 2.5 initiative for Undergraduate Pilot Training. My work ensures that training is effective, accessible, and aligned with Air Force standards. As a Christian and a supporter of Donald Trump, I value strong leadership, accountability, and integrity, which I bring into my professional life by striving to deliver impactful educational solutions that support the Air Force’s mission and national defense objectives. My dedication to excellence, innovation, and collaboration is driven by both my faith and a commitment to improving the learning experience for Air Force personnel.=
