Janis A. Bartlett is a retired HR executive with over 35 years of experience in various industries, including retail, financial, manufacturing, construction/engineering, and foodservice/hospitality. She has a BA in history from Wagner College and an ACE Award for Corporate Excellence, the top honor in HR achievement.
As the former People Services Director for multiple companies, Janis supported and led HR strategy and operations both nationally and globally. Janis is known for her energetic, honest, and direct approach, coupled with empathy and compassion. She is a strong voice, trusted advisor, and influencer in her field. She is currently a volunteer/supporter and champion for a non profit, mentor program leader, and an Advisory Board Member. She is passionate about giving back and empowering other women in HR and beyond.
