I am an award winning celebrity Cake and Cookie Artist who owned a successful bakery. My achievements and creations have been notably featured by Martha Stewart, Netflix, Food Network, Better Homes and Gardens, and more. I am a proud graduate of the University of Maryland. While my family have been proud Natural born American citizens for many generations, I am also the first generation in my family that has never had to work in fields as a migrant worker. This is a source of great pride in my family as we believe in working hard to achieve great accomplishments.Prior to starting my own small business I was a dedicated and highly respected Director of Education in many Northen Virginia private schools for nearly a decade. My speciality was resurrecting schools with poor reputations and staff retention. I also developed an expertise in assisting schools through curriculum accreditation.
I have been blessed to have been a recipient of many entrepreneurial awards for young business owners in both Maryland and Virginia for my accomplishments as a small business owner, community leader, and my time competing on various televised baking competitions. I have had the pleasure of serving my local community during my time as a local, respected locak politician on the Lovettsville Town Council.
During the Trump administration my small business thrived. However, once Biden took office, it was apparent that there was a stark contrast in the support being offered for small businesses. As a result, the climate was no longer conducive to fostering healthy, positive growth for longterm success of small businesses in our area- even for businesses like mine who had managed to grow by 30% during the pandemic.
Now I am looking for new avenues to lend my voice, excelkent reputation, and my pen to help bring awareness to situations around the country that are often the result of poor government policies. I also wish to provide a voice for Latina voters, like myself, who are too often told what and how to think by left-wing think tanks who certainly do not have our best interests at heart.
